Penticton

Penticton sits between two lakes, which is a genuinely rare thing to be able to say about a town, and it pulls a mix of retirees, people leaving the coast, and buyers who came for a weekend and started looking at listings on the Monday. The Naramata Bench side is its own conversation entirely.

The South Okanagan is the one part of the valley where townhome and condo values are still up on last year, so attached homes here are holding their value better than anywhere else in the Okanagan.

A lot of Penticton buyers are arriving from outside the valley. Listings that explain the neighbourhood, not just the house, do better with them.
