You can walk to the beach from this home, also the provincial park is right next door with a sandy beach and boat launch. We have a dock and buoys conforming with rules and regs. Most boat users (we have many) store their boats in our storage compound and launch from the provincial park or at they store their boats at the Scotch Creek Marina.
