Year around home on the north shore of Kamloops Lake is solar and wind powered with a gas generator and storage batteries. Has it's own water system and is wood heated by two CSA wood stoves.

1800 sq ft two story home. Each 900 sq ft level includes a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, a potential summer home for two families.

The home includes two propane fridges and two propane stoves, a dishwasher and a washing machine on the upper level, and a built-in vacuum.

There is a large cement railed deck off the upper level, and a wood heated sauna in a separate building beside the home.

There is a large outside area facing the lake that is shaded with deciduous trees.

There is a gravel beach with a cement boat ramp.

A spectacular lake front view that is 30 minute from town. The home is directly across the lake from the Tobiano Resort with a world class golf course.

The community is called Frederick. There are approximately 30 homes, the majority being summer residences. Access to the home is through a locked gate 2 km from the home.
