The prices for our signs are a one-time rental charge.
The signs are the property of OKHomeseller and our expectation is that they will be returned after use.

Gable Sign Two sided 32" x 24" sign hangs from a sturdy, white gable stand Our best sign for residential homes Larger than our standard yard sign and sits higher for better visability Includes your phone number on both sides We install the sign for you in Kelowna or Vernon; in other areas please call us to make arrangements for pick up $70.00 (plus tax)

Yard Sign Two sided 24" x 18" sign includes an H shaped metal stand Smaller and less expensive than our Gable Sign but still does the job Includes stick-on numbers for you to add your phone number to both sides $30.00 (plus tax)

Directional Sign Two sided 24" x 18" sign includes an H shaped metal stand Designed to direct traffic to your property off major streets Free with the purchase of any of our sign packages (with the understanding that they will be returned for reuse)

Condo Sign Designed for the "slide-in" boards at condos, townhomes and other strata properties Custom made for your sign board size requirements The information layout is standard (following the layout shown on the right) Space for your phone number and a short description - 15 characters max Signs are produced in Vernon, Kelowna and Kamloops, you pick it up and install $30.00 (plus tax)

4 x 3 Sign One sided 4 ft x 3 ft sign on heavy duty coroplast (does not come with a stand) Best for highway visability, not appropriate as an "in-town" yard sign Works best when the sign can be attached to a tree, fence or other large structure $70.00 (plus tax)
